Protests rocked Lebanon in October of 2019 in what was known as the “October Revolution.” The country’s unemployment rate reached 46% in 2018 and has continued to deteriorate ever since. Now, the economic crisis coupled with the coronavirus pandemic are pushing the country to the brink of collapse.
